  • IN SIGHT, IN MIND: Struggle with working memory? The In-View Planning System is like an External Operating System for your brain, keeping plans in sight so you can act on them. Designed for busy adults, especially those with ADHD.
  • AMPLE SPACE, SMALL FOOTPRINT: Daily Pages (on a 6”x9” Clipboard) have ample room for TO-DOs & Appointments (notes on back). Yet the Clipboard Stand fits nicely on a desk or counter so plans are in view, unlike planners or apps you close & forget about.
  • QUICK & DISTRACTION-FREE: This pencil & paper-based system makes planning quick & easy, avoiding endless distractions that lie in wait on our computer or phone. 5 minutes of undistracted planning can lift the fog.
  • KEEPS THE BIG PICTURE IN MIND:  As you quickly plan today on your In-View Daily Page, take a moment to check the Weekly Page & the Monthly Planner. Use these to record appts., tasks, & ideas that are not for today.
  • INCLUDES: 2 months of Daily & Weekly Pages (8.5”x5.5”); Clipboard for Pages; a 1-Year Monthly Planner (w/Habit Trackers). A Compact Display Stand (w/pencil holder) neatly stores all items & gives your plans a home. Refills available.

Top Tips for the Simple Focus Planning System:

1) Plan for just 5 minutes on your Daily Page each morning, or the night before. (If you go long, that’s fine!)
  • Briefly consult your Weekly Page and your Monthly Planner to keep the big picture in mind.
    • Note: Whenever you think of a task that is not for today, add
it to your Weekly Page or your Monthly Planner.
  • If you can’t decide where to get started, try numbering your
    TO-DOs: 1, 2, 3…
  • If a task seems too big or vague, break it into small, doable
steps. Then, do just one step at a time.

2) Plan with a pencil
  • So you are prepared to erase & update when plans change!

3) Keep the pages on your clipboard in this order:
  • 1st, a Daily Page
  • 2nd, a Weekly Page directly beneath the Daily Page
  • 3rd, Optional – Goals, routines, quotations… You can read the
back of the bottom page when you flip the clear clipboard over.

4) On your clipboard STAND, keep the following:
  • Your clipboard & pencil
  • The envelope containing extra Daily & Weekly Pages
  • Your Monthly Planner

5) After you take your clipboard for a spin, ALWAYS put it back on its stand.
  • Systems die when we misplace items and forget all about them.
  • The stand keeps your clipboard & plans In Sight and In Mind.

6) What if you have to leave your plans behind?
  • Snap a quick picture with your phone so you can consult your plans wherever you go.
